    About the role
    We are on the lookout for an experienced and detail orientatedBusiness Process Specialistto join our Strata Excellence team inBrisbane.
    This role is afull-time permanentposition.

    Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and evaluation of our business processes through using process mapping tools, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to improve operational performance.

    Objectives
    Analyse and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
    Utilise data-driven approaches to recommend process enhancements that increase efficiencies, reduce cost or improve the overall quality of services.
    Document current processes and develop new process maps, flowcharts or stand operating procedures.
    Drive a continuous improvement culture through system optimisation, self-service, and improved customer experience.
    Assist in the implementation of new processes and ensure they are clearly understood by all stakeholders.
    Facilitate process discovery sessions with various stakeholders.
    About you
    Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a business processing analyst role, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest
    You're known for outstanding communication and stakeholder management.
    You have excellent analytical skills and qualifications in process improvements are highly desired
    You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.
