    We're excited that we are looking to expand our team and we're on the hunt for an Operations Assistant.

    Requirements

    We're on the lookout for a career driven individual who would like to build their career at Incluso Services, beginning in our Operations team. You will be a reliable and dedicated individual who has strong time management and communication skills with outstanding attention to detail. Your role is KEY to the success of our business and delivering an exceptional experience to both our staff and participants.

    What you'll be doing:

    · Assist the team with customer services to include the management of inbound leads, calls and emails.

    · Provide day to day administrative support to the Business Manager and leadership team.

    · Support the People & Culture team in recruitment, training, onboarding, and culture events.

    · Work with the Marketing team to assist with the facilitation of campaigns.

    · Create, develop, and store documentation to assist with business operations and process.

    · Support the finance team in administration, data entry and invoicing.

    · Ad hoc tasks to assist with the growth of the business.

    What you'll bring:

    · Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with individuals.

    · Experience in administration and working in an office environment.

    · Excellent technical skills in using digital technology and be able to learn new systems.

    · High level of organisational skills and being able to think quickly on the spot.

    · Ability to learn quickly and process information efficiently.

    · Able to multitask, problem solve and be comfortable managing multiple priorities.

    What we would like you to have:

    · Experience in a similar or administrative role.

    · Authorised to work in Victoria.

    · Valid Victorian Driver License

    · An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector

    · Diploma in Business Management & Leadership or similar qualification.

    · Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.

    · Working with Children Check

    · NDIS Worker Screening Check
