    As an Administration Assistant at RSM, you will join a dedicated team who help administer and manage deceased estates, assisting with succession planning for our clients.

    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Assisting the succession team with tasks related to administering deceased estates
    • Preparing letters and correspondence relating to the administration of deceased estates
    • General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers, and office reception duties
    • Answering telephones and checking voicemail messages
    • Preparing invoices in accordance with our policies and procedures
    • Assisting with debtors management
    • Scheduling client appointments
    • Sorting, recording, and delivering the team's mail
    • Ensuring outgoing mail is recorded and mailed on a daily basis
    • Liaising with the ATO and other government bodies and professionals regarding client matters
    • Working with various software

    You'll Be a Great Fit If:

    • You have 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role
    • You possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel

    • You're able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
    • You're a self-starter and a team player, bringing unique skills and ideas to the table

    Essential Requirements:

    • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
    • Completion of Year 12
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

    Desirable Requirements:

    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
