- Assisting the succession team with tasks related to administering deceased estates
- Preparing letters and correspondence relating to the administration of deceased estates
- General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers, and office reception duties
- Answering telephones and checking voicemail messages
- Preparing invoices in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Assisting with debtors management
- Scheduling client appointments
- Sorting, recording, and delivering the team's mail
- Ensuring outgoing mail is recorded and mailed on a daily basis
- Liaising with the ATO and other government bodies and professionals regarding client matters
- Working with various software
- You have 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role
- You possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
- Integrity and empathy are your core values, and you maintain a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect
- You're able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- You're a self-starter and a team player, bringing unique skills and ideas to the table
- You have a can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Completion of Year 12
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
