    We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Toowoomba. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your ability to retain information, working both supervised and autonomously.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Data entry and record keeping: truck and forklift prestart maintenance, job cards, load verifications, sub-contractor compliance, and work diaries.
    2. Scanning and filing.
    3. Compiling new employee paperwork.
    4. Maintaining COVID-19 records.
    5. Maintaining uniforms and promotional items.
    6. Booking staff training and record keeping, including medicals and industry associated training.
    7. Annual updating of depot emergency information.
    8. Maintain Agsafe premises and personnel accreditation.
    9. Maintain and renew DG site licences and notifications.
    10. Cross check weekly DG storage reports against site licences and maintain site registers.
    11. Be aware of customer's stock projections.
    12. Internal quarterly and annual auditing.
    13. Maintain annual racking inspections from external providers.
    14. Ensure toolbox talks are completed and maintain the toolbox talk register.
    15. Assist in the training of current and new internal policies.

    Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Salary will be negotiable based on experience.
