    This new role provides an exciting opportunity Alstom is looking for a Reporting Data Intelligence Manager to oversee their reporting and data analytics initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to deliver accurate and insightful reports and dashboards. You'll work closely with the SAP team, IS&T, and Head of Departments to ensure success.   • Develop and execute a strategic plan to structure the Data Management and the Reporting
  • Define reporting requirements and standards in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance data visualization techniques.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract insights and identify trends and patterns.
  • Utilize statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques to present findings.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful and actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Report Development and Maintenance:

  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define report specifications and customize reporting solutions.
  • Data Governance and Quality:

  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures for reporting data.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality and integrity of reporting data.
  • Implement data validation processes and perform data audits to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and deliver insights.
  • Provide guidance on data interpretation and support decision-making processes.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting and data analytics.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies or data sources for improved reporting.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (, Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence).
  • Proven experience in managing reporting and data analytics initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and technologies : Power BI, Excel, Visual Basic, QlikView.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and data management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
