- Shift work 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 11pm 5 day per week

- Continual contact with clients, contractors, chauffeurs, and other company offices and licensees.
- You be self-motivated, support, and motivate other team members.
- You will oversee all aspects of fleet despatch, deal directly with contractors.
- Continuously monitor the efficiency and performance of the fleet, and most importantly look for ways to improve productivity to reduce errors
- Ensuring smooth change over with the next person taking over the shift including all jobs are allocated and flights check to their correct pick-up times.
- Be a team player, be a postive influence around others and be capable of handling stress and deadline.
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to set and re-set tasks throughout the day
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan resources effectively
- Shift work is a part of the role 5 day a week
- Previous experience in a fast-paced high-volume taxi or transport dispatch position would be viewed favorably but not necessary
