    Selection Criteria

    • Previous Mechanical Design Engineer experience with a HVAC contractor or mechanical consultants.
    • A minimum of 3 years Australian HVAC oriented Mechanical engineering experience.
    • The ability to come up with "value ideas" around design and then convert conceptual ideas into engineered systems that add true ROI and efficient Total cost of ownership.
    • An interest in moving into Project Management in the short to medium term
    • Tertiary Engineering Qualifications
    • You are able to work across multiple project and get along with people of all persuasions
    • You are outgoing, friendly and have exceptional communication skills.
    • You have high attention to detail and know how the mechanical contracting market works and why this role is essential to it.
    • You are a self motivated team player, who enjoys working in a team and can be relied upon to deliver highly technical work and also be willing to role your sleeves up and do simple calculations when the team requires it.
    • You can attend work in the Adelaide office
