    An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Quality Leader to join Western Health to provide efficient coordination and leadership oversight in the role of Team Lead - Best Care Coordinator (Previously Quality Partner) for the Aged, General Medicine & Subacute (AGMS) portfolio in a fulltime capacity.

    The primary responsibility for the role is to provide leadership and advice to the Best Care Coordinators to ensure the day-to-day operational requirements of the Best Care Governance and Support Division are facilitated to provision Best Care.

    The role will also enable consistent, clear and effective communication and support to align the AGMS Division to the Best Care Framework and ongoing functioning in the following:

    • Patient Safety / Clinical Risk
    • Patient / Consumer Feedback
    • Quality Systems capability
    • National Quality Safety Health Service (NSQHS) Standards
    • Practice Improvement

    This position is for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated health professional who is dynamic and ready for a new challenge.

    Desirable: Tertiary qualification in a health discipline, social sciences or related fields and / or postgraduate qualifications in Health Service Management

    Desirable: Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders, including well developed presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
