Job Description This presents an enviable opportunity to join an industry leading team in Residential land sales within the Newcastle and Hunter regions.

You will successfully achieve this by:

Working across a range of residential and large land lots as well as house and land packages within the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens and greater Newcastle regions.

A solid understanding of house and land sales and strong knowledge of the regions.
Understanding of and ability to manage enquiry through our CRM
An understanding of the drivers for purchasers in the region.
Meeting individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.
Be highly organised and able to work autonomously.
Strong knowledge of the regions residential market.
Qualifications As previously mentioned, proven experience in a similar sales role.
Your experience will highlight ability to service leads and enquiries to ensure that business sales objectives are exceeded.
You will enjoy working in a truly collaborative environment working with the best in their field.
