    The Role
    This is an exciting role in an established technical consulting team supporting a rapidly growing ASX-listed company.

    This will see you work with new technology and use your innovative thinking to deliver solutions and contribute to the overall success of the business.

    The consulting engineer is responsible for contributing to the successful delivery, profitability, and strategic growth of our technical services through alignment with the company's values, technical excellence, and supporting business development.


    The primary aspects of the role include:

    Civil infrastructure and building condition assessmentsSite inspection, testing, and analysisMaterials durability assessments and planningRemediation specificationsCorrosion management and cathodic protection designAsset maintenance strategiesSupporting our remediation contracting divisionWorking with our Spatial division to deliver 3 D reality asset models for digital delivery of condition assessments and defect managementPrototype and trial innovative technology solutions to help deliver value to our company and clientsHelp to lead the digitization of the business workflow by adopting and utilizing new softwareReport writingProject ManagementProposal writing and business developmentClient relationship managementThere will be a requirement for typically short-term travel to sites to fulfill project requirements.

    We have available roles in Brisbane, Perth, Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne at different levels.
    About You
    You have relevant experience in a similar role with specific experience in the inspection and assessment of concrete/steel structures.
    You have experience with business development and can build positive relationships with clients and understand their needs and expectations.
    You are proactive and can assess situations to identify potential issues and suggest solutions.
    You have a combination of technical and practical experience to consult on condition and remediation.
    You have high attention to detail and pride yourself in your written and verbal communication skills.
    Minimum QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification in Civil / Structural or Materials Engineering, or related fieldRelevant experience enabling you to have developed a range of relative knowledge and skillsA current Australian driver's licenseThe Benefits
