- Providing comprehensive personal and confidential secretarial, administrative and project support service to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
- Overseeing the management of records within the Office of the CHRO and liaising with staff in the Office of the Chief Executive to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Liaising with all levels of the public and private sector, Senior Departmental Officers and Ministerial Offices on behalf of the CHRO.

The Department for Child Protection is seeking an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer on a full-time ongoing basis.
The role is responsible for:
About You
We are looking for a well-organised individual with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
You will have experience providing high quality executive support in a confidential manner, having dealt with highly sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
Excellent time management skills, a significant attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and high volumes of work will be key to your success.
