The Department for Child Protection is seeking an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer on a full-time ongoing basis.
The role is responsible for:
About You
We are looking for a well-organised individual with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
You will have experience providing high quality executive support in a confidential manner, having dealt with highly sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
Excellent time management skills, a significant attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and high volumes of work will be key to your success.
