    Your Role

    The newly created position of Field Sales Manager is designed to maximise efficiency and profitability in a high-growth market.

    Your focus will be to achieve targeted, results-driven sales that align with operational capacity and business goals.

    Responsibilities

    The Field Sales Manager will report directly to the NSW State Transport Manager, ensuring close collaboration and accountability.

    A dotted line to the Senior Transport BDM provides additional support and ensures alignment with national strategy.

    This structure reinforces CEVA's commitment to fostering shared responsibility and delivering operational success.

    • Identify and secure new customers to optimise the use of transport capacity, contributing to improved efficiency and profitability
    • Closely collaborate with the State Transport Manager to align sales efforts with operational capabilities and objectives
    • Work with the Senior Transport BDM to ensure strategic alignment, performance monitoring, and support during the sales process
    • Implement standardised proposals, ensuring smooth onboarding of new accounts without disruption to existing operations
    • Drive growth through a disciplined sales approach while supporting broader transport solutions for larger contracts

    We Are Looking For

    Our ideal candidate has proven experience in sales/business development within the transport sector, as well as strong collaboration and influencing skills.

    You should also have:

    • Strong understanding of Australian transport networks and operational cost drivers
    • Proficiency in using data and performance metrics to refine sales strategies
    • Excellent ability to present and negotiate tailored transport solutions
    • Experience working with CRM systems and managing transactional sales processes

    Bonus: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
