    Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Operations

    We are seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Operations to drive our ITSM strategy and projects.

    About the Role

    This role will report to Group Manager, Strategy & BizOps. You will be responsible for supporting leaders from across the entire Atlassian portfolio to make good decisions by bringing a structured approach to solving complex problems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support strategic projects and initiatives
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
    • Analyze complex data sets and develop meaningful recommendations
    • Work closely with cross-functional partners across analytics, finance, product, marketing, and sales

    Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A strong background in strategy and business operations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and business writing
    • Experience working with numbers and communicating effectively
