    We have an opportunity for the right person to join our high performing and supportive team of Business Partners who enable and support the organisation to achieve it goals and objectives. The People & Culture Business Partner is accountable for the provision of high-level human resource management advice to management and staff. The incumbent will undertake human resource management projects and lead human resources policy development and implementation as well as manage a portfolio of the business. The role also assists with supervision and development of HR Administration Officers.

    About you
    A contemporary HR practitioner with the ability to understand the business objectives and support leaders with HR practice, that supports the delivery of these objectives. You will have proven well developed organisational and time management skills and a track record in maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professional ethics. The capacity to work both autonomously and in a self-managed team to provide excellent service and someone who exemplifies Council's values and behaviours.
