- Conduct financial analysis/modelling and providing insights/commentary to support strategic decision making
- Collaborate with financial controllers to prepare reports
- Conduct variance analysis profitability analysis and other ad hoc reports
- Ability to implement and manage standard costing processes
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Assist in working capital analysis and management
- Support the due diligence process for potential acquisitions
- Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards and KPIs
- Work closely with Group CEO and management teams to implements best practices
- Participate in strategic projects, providing financial expertise and insights
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a management accounting or FP&A role
- Proven track record in financial modelling and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Experience in due diligence and financial evaluation of acquisitions preferred
