    Allied Health Professionals in Private Practice

    We are seeking motivated and experienced Allied Health Providers to join our dynamic team at headspace Cairns.

    Our service provides evidence-based, early intervention programs for young people aged 12-25 years, including primary health, mental health, substance use counselling, and social recovery services.

    The successful applicant will be fully registered with AHPRA and have a current 'Working with Children Blue Card'.

    As a private practitioner, you will have the flexibility to choose your hours of work, with availability for Thursday night sessions. We offer administrative support, including billing and appointment bookings, as well as the support of a friendly multi-disciplinary team.

    You will work in comfortable rooms located in Cairns CBD, within a paperless practice environment. Additionally, you will have access to an ongoing referral base and opportunities for case management, professional development, and support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Allied Health Services to young people aged 12-25 years
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
    • Work independently in a private practice setting

    Requirements:

    • Current registration with AHPRA
    • 'Working with Children Blue Card'
    • Experience working with young people and their families

    Salary:

    $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, dependent on experience
