    About The Opportunity
    This role is part of the Cabinet & Parliamentary Services team within the Department of Customer Service.

    You'll help deliver a wide range of administrative support services that contribute to the effective operation of the Department and its engagement with Ministers' Offices, internal teams, and other government agencies.


    The successful candidate will be required to:
    Provide timely and accurate administrative and advisory support on a range of tasks
    Help coordinate high-quality responses and documents for internal and external stakeholders
    Manage sensitive and time-critical enquiries with professionalism and discretion
    Maintain accurate records and follow administrative protocols
    Build positive working relationships and communicate effectively across a wide network
    Contribute to team processes, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
