Seeking a talented Project Manager to join a Melbourne icon across the Architecture fitout and installation scene.
Melbourne CBD based Architecture company, with over 20 years experience across VIC that is seeking a Senior Project Manager.
Job Tasks And ResponsibilitiesManage & deliver end to end large scale fit-out projects $100k - $5m
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Provide full scope & feasibility of works.
To support in the delivery of supply & installation projects.
Monitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project.

Skills and experienceTo Be Successful In This Role You Will DemonstrateMinimum of 5+ years in a similar role, 5+ years overall experience in the Architecture/Construction/Fabrication industry.

A strong portfolio of commercial projects including retail sector and a solid work history with reliable references.
Strong client relationship skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a high level.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholder.
