    Description

    How will I help?

    This position sits within the Customer & Engineering unit domain; it delivers customer servicing, credit assessment and product originations technology solutions for the bank's customer via both online and staff facing channels. The enterprise applications delivered are group critical that support digital and staff facing application across the bank.

    The Service Integration Manager helps achieve business outcomes for Lines of businesses. A summary of the role is as given below:

    • Work closely with Line of business stakeholders and architects to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Identify project dependencies and potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Lead squad/s to deliver project deliverables according to established timelines and quality standards.
    • Mentor squad fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Promote professional growth and development opportunities for team members, recognizing and leveraging their strengths.
    • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues, address changes, and ensure project requirements are met.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    What do I need?

    To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the below skills:

    • 5+ years of experience within projects and/or delivery of technology solutions.
    • Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets.
    • Experience in developing strong operating rhythms and project management discipline aligned to agile ways of working.
    • Expertise with the use of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
    • Experience in building new squads.
    • Previous Banking Domain experience and Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
    • Passionate for DevOps, taking ownership of what we build is also an added advantage for this position.
