    New listing Seeking a skilled and experienced Venue Manager to join the team in this stunning location.

    The Company
    Situated in Alice Springs, this is one of the largest resorts in the Southern Hemisphere, comprised of 6 accommodation options, from lavish rooms to outback camping. There's more than 100 unique activities, tours, and experiences to mix and match, as well as a host of restaurant and dining experiences. No two days will be the same

    The Role
    Seeking a skilled and experienced Venue Manager to join the team in this stunning location. You will be overseeing multiple areas including a Restaurant, Outback Bar and Bottle Shop. You will manage a diverse team and ensure daily operations, encourage a laid-back atmosphere with quality service. With ample training and hands on employers, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step up in management

    Skills & Experience

    • Previous Management experience from a Restaurant Manager level, up
    • Previous Hotel or Cafe experience highly desired
    • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
    • Ability to train and mentor staff
    • Flexible, adaptable hands on approach
