    About the role

    We are currently seeking a Project Manager/ Section Manager with background in viaducts/ structures to join us on this large rail infrastructure project.

    Key responsibilities

  • Lead a large multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of the overall project scope within the time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
  • Drive high performance through collaboration, positive leadership, identification of risks, and interface with clients and authorities, and support the Project Director to ensure client and community expectations are managed.
  • Actively promotes continuous improvement and innovation; seeks to learn from experiences of self and others to find better ways of doing things.
  • Builds balanced teams with the right skills and behaviours; invests time and energy to coach and develop talent.
  • The ability to work with and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
  • About you

  • Extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A degree in engineering or construction management.
  • Extensive construction experience including construction planning and management, leading teams, budgeting and planning, procurement, risk management, client management, dispute/issue resolution.
  • You will have a communication style that is adaptable from dealing with technical through to presenting information to asset owners/stakeholders.
