Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Director level Project Manager to join our client focused, professional, and entrepreneurial team based in our Brisbane CBD office.

With expertise in leading large scale Retail developments ($100mil +), you will work on career defining projects whilst gaining exposure to national clients.

You are joining a business that focuses on working together, providing an outstanding level of client service, and identifying and driving new business.

This Director level role will be responsible for:
The operational delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements; program and procedures; and all relevant legislationLeadership, management and mentoring of project personnel to ensure superior team performance in all aspects of project delivery including scope, time, cost and profitability, quality, human resources, communications, risk management, health, safety and environment and procurementManaging and promoting the business development and marketing of potential projects including proposal preparation, contract negotiation with prospective clients and award of new projectsProven ability in managing the delivery of projects that satisfy the clients' expectations, financial results, program and proceduresEnsuring developed systems and procedures are fully implemented to ensure that the business is not at risk of non-compliance with third party accreditationsRisks and opportunities are tracked on the project to ensure the Client is aware of the key issues on the project regularlyAssisting the National Directors in the development and maintenance of superior client and key stakeholder relationshipsQualifications Desired
Minimum 15 years within the industry.
Extensive experience leading large scale retail developments $100m +.
Local network and proven work winning ability.
Ideally University degree qualified, in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Design or Construction.

End to end project oversight and delivery - including project planning, budget management, risk management, issue management, personnel management, client management, commercial issue management, testing management.

An understanding of the real estate / property industry is desirable.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff.

The capability to lead, inspire and motivate others to action, through setting a clear direction and harnessing the full capability of the team to deliver.

It is essential to be highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.

We are ideally looking for a self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work well on their own as well as having a desire to collaborate and add value to the wider Real Estate Management Services team.
