About the ProgramDuring your time in the Whitehaven Coal Graduate Program, you'll receive coaching and guidance from a senior leaderwhile gaining practical skills and training from on-the-job learningexperiences and formal development sessions.
The two-year rotational program will expose you to different sites and areas of the business, setting you up for success once you settle into your team after the Program.
The Graduate Programrotations are residentially based in the Gunnedah and Narrabri regionsin NSWand ourkey operational sites include:Narrabri Underground
Vickery Open Cut
Gunnedah Coal Handling Process Plant

Relocation and AccommodationOur Graduate Program presents an exciting opportunitytorelocateto the Gunnedahand Narrabriregions.
Whitehaven Coalis here to support your transition by providing relocationassistanceand accommodation for your first three months.
Following this period, graduates willbe responsible fororganisingtheir own housing arrangements.
