    About The Role

    As an In-House Routine Inspection Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety, quality, and compliance of our client's residential properties. You will conduct thorough inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Your keen eye for detail and proactive communication skills will ensure that our client's properties are in top condition, providing a positive experience for both tenants and owners.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular inspections of managed residential properties.
    • Identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns.

    • Communicate inspection results to property owners, landlords, and tenants.
    • Coordinate maintenance activities with staff, contractors, and management teams.
    • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, property regulations, and local codes.
    • Maintain records of inspection reports, maintenance activities, and communications.
    • Stay informed on industry practices and regulatory changes.

    Attributes and Skills Required

    • High school diploma or equivalent; real estate education preferred.
