About the role:

We're looking for an experienced coach to help our client transition existing work practices to a full embrace of agile methodology.

As an Agile Coach, you'll work closely with project teams, analysing current systems and processes to identify areas where Agile best practices can be effectively implemented. Collaborating with team members to design a comprehensive strategy tailored to the specific needs of the project.

Throughout the project lifecycle, you'll provide guidance and support to ensure teams remain focused and aligned with agile methodologies. This includes fine-tuning their approach as needed to ensure that the overall strategy is being met and that project goals are achieved efficiently.

As part of your responsibilities, you'll lead agile workshops aimed at both developer and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders. These workshops serve as platforms for sharing knowledge, refining techniques, and fostering collaboration among team members.

A significant aspect of your role is driving cultural change by championing an agile mindset throughout the organisation. Advocating for the adoption of agile principles and ensure that the organisation adheres to industry best practices, thereby promoting efficiency, adaptability, and success in project delivery.

Qualifications

About you:

Proven experience as an Agile Coach.
Experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe).
Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments.
Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

as an agile coach or scrum master.
