- At least 2 years' end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house) ideally in FMCG, beverage, distribution, or media industries.
- Direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance/IT).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience in using and analysing data from external and internal sources.
- A 'people person' who is dedicated, has a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative approach.
- Experience using Talent Acquisition systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters, Hirevue, etc.) and SAP HR are an advantage.
- Travel 0-10%
