    Growing law firm seeks an accounts assistant who is looking for career growth

    This progressive law firm has an opportunity for an accounts assistant where you will play a crucial role in the team. This is a newly created role and you will make an impact with your positive approach whilst growing your career.

    Working in recently renovated offices, this role is to work within a team. Your duties will offer variety and as the organisation grows, you can also grow.

    Duties may include:

    • Accounts Payable & Receivable
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • BAS statement preparation
    • EOM and ad hoc Management Accounts
    • preparing and liaising with our tax accounting
    • Working closely with the Accountant
    • Basic administration with what the role will brin

    What You Will Bring to the Role:

    • Experience in a similar role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of XERO
    • Team player and happy to step out of your comfort zone
    • Confidentiality

    This is a full time role (some flexibility around start and finish time) and to work solely in the office.
