- Contribute to the delivery of high quality and compassionate clinical care.
- Provide patient-centred physiotherapy to clients, including goal setting, assessment, appropriate treatment, and evaluation of therapy.
- Work with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe and appropriate treatments and discharge planning.
- Follow Cabrini documentation policies and handover procedures.
- A physiotherapy degree, as well as current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working in a hospital environment or community setting
- Experience assessing and discharge planning complex patients
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritise busy caseloads and to work autonomously
- Strong team approach and good communication skills within a multi-disciplinary team
