- 5-7 years PAE in Corporate/Commercial law e.g. advising on transactional matters incl. business acquisitions & structuring, some exp. in commercial property & revenue law advantageous together with other areas such as those outlined above; ideally gained in a 'mid-tier' or recognised specialist Commercial practice;
- Strong sense of commerciality, solid technical & advisory skills;
- Highly developed, effective communication skills -both written & oral;
- Solid leadership skills in order to assist others in a team environment; and
- Excellent organisational skills -ability to multi task and manage competing priorities.
