- $117,626 per year Guaranteed annual earnings, including shift allowance
About Your Role
We have an opportunity for Boiler / Steam Generator Operators to join our Boilerhouse Operations team. Reporting directly to the Supervisor – Boilerhouse Operations, you will contribute to our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by:
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures
- Performing day to day operational duties associated with boilers, turbines and auxiliary plant
- Monitoring, isolating, commissioning and performing preventative maintenance and conducting operational activities
- General housekeeping duties
What You Will Bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Current Boiler Intermediate (BI) or Boiler Advanced (BA) endorsement on their High Risk Work Licence
- Ability to apply effective problem solving and fault-finding techniques
- Forklift and Elevated Work Platform tickets will be well regarded
- Strong work ethic
