    Heres a snapshot of your day:
    • Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Manager will be responsible to:
    • Build and develop relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and the CBRE team.
    • Support business growth that aligns with CBRE commercial and strategic guidelines.
    • Assist our clients in the development of project requirements and engineering solutions.
    • Provide problem solving support to determine effective and efficient solutions.
    • Develop detailed and quality documentation to articulate solution requirements to enable comprehensive tendering.
    • Develop detailed solution proposals and costing matrix to support client requirements.
    • Oversee the technical documentation of existing client systems and machinery to understand their functions and purpose.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the financial requirements and margins as specified by the business.
    • Ensure that all projects adhere and are managed to commercial agreements / contracts. They must comply with statutory regulations, are QHSE compliant and meet technical industry standards.
    • Assist in overall responsibility for generating a sales pipeline to deliver revenue to the BU.

    Skills and experience:
    • Trade qualified (Electrical and/or Mechanical) or Tertiary qualification (Electrical and/or Mechanical degree) required.
    • 10+ years experience in a similar role.
    • Sense of commercial awareness to drive growth.
    • Understanding of commercial and financial metrics.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills.
    • Ability to gain trust and support of top-level management and key client decision makers.
    • Critical Environment Experience is highly desirable.
