    The role

    The successful candidate is required to have appropriate skillset to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to address business pain points, conduct impact analysis and will be required to develop detailed requirements and workflows/diagrams following department's standards/guidelines.

    The responsibilities:

    • Support the Project Manager ensuring the project is delivered on-time within scope and within budget.
    • Produce supporting technical specifications such as interface specifications, page definitions and data mapping & data migration rule specifications.
    • Simplifying complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language for non-technical staff.
    • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure requirement dependencies and impacts are accurately mapped and agreed.
    • Facilitate workshops with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify, define, and validate requirements to inform the solution design and guide recommendations.

    The skills

    • Experience working on Systems replacement project, web application and system integration with a minimum of five years' experience as a Business Analyst.
    • The ability to translate technical concepts into clear and understand language for non-technical staff.
    • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements. With excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
    • Experience working in an agile environment to create and manage features, user stories, product backlog items and bugs.
    • Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and best practices.
    • Experience coordinating and leading consultation with internal and external consultants to elicit user and business requirement.
