    We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in the management of customer accounts and key relationships. This is a 12 month Maternity Leave Contract with full time working hours based at our Perth Airport office.

    Your day will involve:

    • Support sales strategies in conjunction with our Sales Managers for Concrete and Quarries
    • Provide support in quotations and pricing
    • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and contracts for tenders
    • Assist the sales team with managing the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce)
    • Prepare reports for the sales team regarding customer order progression
    • Implement and maintain an efficient document control system

    What are we looking for?

    • Strong administration experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
    • Excellent people skills and communication skills
    • Experience with document control systems and practices
    • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
    • Experience in the construction or Concrete industry (Advantageous)
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce preferred)
    • Detail-orientated with a focus on accuracy
    • A dedication to quality and a willingness to learn
