    Position Summary

  • Own the day to day relationship with assigned customers. Responsible for delivering sales through range negotiation and distribution at Range Review, negotiation and establishment of profitable promotional program, implementation of key activations within the customer, development of aligned customer initiatives and delivery of Customer Joint Business Plans.
  • Internal cross functional collaboration to align and achieve sales and financial outcomes.
  • Development and delivery of accurate sales forecasts and alignment with demand forecast team
  • Responsibilities

  • Achieves sales targets within designated classes of trade.
  • Achieves profit to gross margin by customer and class of trade.
  • Develops strong communication lines between National and State Sales and the Marketing team.
  • Develops and implements customer specific business plans.
  • Implements Marketing Programs into customer specific plans
  • Develops and implements key account development programs.
  • Prepares regular business analyses and reviews with each account.
  • Develops and maintains a professional partnership with customers and is recognised by customers as providing outstanding customer service
  • Develops sales tactics which will overcome competitive activity within the relevant channel.
  • Ensures that the Company's products are appropriately presented on shelf based on corporate planogram principles
  • Ensures customer records are maintained.
  • Recommends trading terms for each account.
  • Assists in the development of sales forecasts.
  • Constantly seeks new business opportunities.
  • Controls the promotional spend.
  • Responsible for claims management within relevant classes of trade
  • Supports customer service and continuous improvement initiatives through application of Energizer Excellence philosophies.
