Hunter Mechanical in Karratha is seeking an experienced and motivated full time Service Advisor (7:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a highly motivated applicant, who enjoys working in a team environment.

Duties include:

• Coordination of customer bookings
• Management of emails and phone call enquiries
• Greeting customers
• Quoting customers
• Ordering required parts
• Processing of invoices for customers and suppliers
• General Administration including but not limited to:
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Calendar Management

What are we looking for:

• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Full and Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience as a Receptionist/Administrator/Service Advisor or Sales Representative
