    SUMMARY

    This role leads a cross-functional team in developing and commercializing new products/services within Hollister's New Product and Process Development Process. Responsibilities include executing integrated business cases, project plans, addressing staffing/resource requirements, and resolving product development issues. The position also involves building strong relationships with functional heads and senior leaders for successful product commercialization. The Project Manager fosters a high-performance culture by encouraging innovation, personal accountability, and commitment to results. Additionally, coaching and mentoring Core Team Leaders is part of the role.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead Core Teams to complete product development plans in line with commercialization plans.
    • Develop integrated business plans and detailed commercialization plans.
    • Manage project budget and track profit targets.
    • Cultivate relationships with senior leaders.
    • Promote a high-performance culture within the team.
    • Provide structured thinking and delegate tasks efficiently.
    • Coach team members on process adherence and effective project management.
    • Guide appropriate decision-making and demonstrate strong judgment.
    • Show expertise in product development processes.
    • Offer feedback to functional departments during planning processes.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree required. MS, MBA, Engineering Degree, or similar preferred.
    • PMP certification is a plus.

    Length of Experience:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in driving complex product development projects, particularly in the medical device industry.

    Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

    • Ability to lead multi-functional teams successfully.
    • Experience in product development and commercialization.
    • Aptitude for organizational assessment and change management.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and practices.
    • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects.
    • Business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
