The procurement covers high-quality Australian products, including wine. We are expanding our portfolio to include beef, lamb, lobsters, wheat, and various other primary products. As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce the opening of our new Geelong office. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Geelong team and help drive our expansion efforts.

    Job Description:

    As the Sales and Marketing Manager in our new Geelong office, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and supply chain functions for XYX Holdings Pty LTd. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Product Sourcing: Identifying and sourcing high-quality Australian products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring competitive pricing.
    • Supplier Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, both in Australia and internationally.
    • Quality Assurance: Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure the delivery of top-tier products to our customers.
    • Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
    • Logistics and Shipping: Coordinating logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and delivery, to ensure products reach our Adelaide office efficiently.
    • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
    • Cost Management: Implementing cost-saving measures and efficient procurement strategies.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food and beverage or logistic industry.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing supplier relationships and contracts.
    • Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
    • A passion for delivering high-quality products to customers.
