- Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients with diverse needs
- Provide high-quality patient care and treatment services as assigned by doctors
- Assign and direct the work of nursing assistants to ensure efficient care delivery
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide critical care when needed
- Hawaii Registered Nurse License: Valid license required at time of application
- Experience: 6 months of professional nursing experience as a registered nurse
- CPR Certification: Current certification required at time of application
- Legal Authorization: Must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States or eligible under federal law
- Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Compliance: Must not have engaged in sexual abuse or harassment
- Drug Screening: May be required as per federal, state, or local laws
- Intensive Background Check: Will be conducted on conditionally offered employment or approved movement into positions
- Charge Nurse Experience: Ability to serve as charge nurse and relieve head nurse during evening or night shifts
- PUBLIC SERVICE LOAN FORGIVENESS (PSLF) PROGRAM: Eligibility for loan forgiveness after 120 qualifying payments while employed by a qualifying employer
