    Occupational Therapist Advanced Satellite Hospital

    A permanent part-time opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy clinical services as a member of the Healthy Ageing Assessment and Rehabilitation Team.

    About You:

    • Deliver advanced occupational therapy clinical services for geriatric and rehabilitation care, including rehabilitation for persons with neurological conditions, complex medical comorbidities, and other conditions.
    • Provide timely, high-level clinical advice to health professionals, supervisors, managers, and stakeholders on occupational therapy management and service delivery.
    • Lead the provision of contemporary patient care and staff management practices within a legal, professional, and ethical framework.

    Health Equity:

    • Contribute to the health equity agenda by actively supporting the elimination of racial discrimination and institutional racism.
    • Support increased access to healthcare, influencing the social, cultural, and economic determinants of health.
    • Recognize the importance of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities, and organizations to design, deliver, monitor, and review health and support services.
