- Preparing/serving of coffee, food and drinks including taking orders.
- Operating a point-of-sale terminal and EFTPOS machine plus cash handling.
- Café cleaning duties including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
- Refilling drink fridges and snacks.
- Maintaining service area to food safety standards
- Support of the Café/Bar Team with a "can do" attitude
- Demonstrated experience as a barista within a fast paced, premium establishment (min 2 years)
- High volume experience being able to work on multiple orders at once
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good at cash handling and multi-tasking in general
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow instructions

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team on a casual basis. The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for ensuring the Café/Bar runs smoothly by assisting wherever required. Café All Rounders interact with people regularly, so a friendly positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are paramount.
