- Image, configure and deploy desktops for users
- Manage level 2 user support tickets from troubleshooting to resolution
- Support messaging services and maintaining a secure environment.
- Propose and implement system enhancements.
- Install, maintain and upgrade internal computer hardware and soft
- ware systems
- Control user access passwords
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Provide new hardware specifications to users based on application
- needs/anticipated growth
- Knowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardware
- Experience with storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools
- Strong analytical, problem solving, installation and maintenance skills
- Good communication skills and ability to relate to all stakeholders
- A related IT qualification is preferred
- 1-2 years' industry experience
