The Applications Management unit supports applications used within Transport and Main Roads (TMR)'s Information Technology Branch (ITB), providing development, testing and support services to internal application owners and users.
In the role of Senior Technical Specialist (ServiceNow), you will provide development, support, and maintenance services primarily on the ServiceNow platform.
This role involves developing the key business enhancement for ServiceNow that is the main product used by ITB as CMDB, as well as the front application for the business to request ITB engagement.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
