    Description

    About the role

    Reporting to the Head of Delivery and Regulatory Response, Customer Resolution and Remediation, you will be responsible for consolidation of CR&R portfolio investments, working closely with BU teams within CR&R on FTE profiles, expense tracking, benefit realisation and productivity tracking, and in turn providing review and challenge, insights, and recommendations to Head of Delivery, and Regulatory Response, and Portfolio Lead Customer Resolution and Remediation. This will include all investment slate initiatives and may also include some BAU projects.

    You will ensure that Project delivery across portfolio is aligned with Australia Retail strategic priorities.

    The role will support and collaborate closely with retail governance and project teams to identify skills, assess existing capabilities, and implement a plan for capabilities uplift and development.
    You will interface into central divisional and group functions on the investment planning process, as well as working closely with Finance to ensure we have a well-considered, aligned, robust process.
    You will drive increased consistency and quality in PPM, providing coaching where required.
    As capacity allows, you will take lead on individual initiatives.

    Role Type: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time (Minimum of 32 hours)

    What will you bring?

    To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

    • 3+ years of experience in project management, investment planning, cost management.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
    • Experience of using PPM.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient and excellent in powerpoint skills
    • Proficient in excel / data analysis
