    Reporting to the Owner Manager, you will provide excellence in customer service whilst achieving business growth and sales targets for retail and commercial lending.

    As the Lending Specialist, you will assist the Owner Manager in achieving the Branch's sales targets by developing tactical planning to deliver on growth targets, which will involve proactive calling to existing BOQ customers for the retention and acquisition to the branch.

    Further, you will be required to process loan files through to settlement, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for your customer network.

    As one of BOQ's trusted Lending Specialists, you will be a successful and motivated individual with a passion for helping customers with their lending needs and who consistently delivers an outstanding experience for our customers. As a daily part of this role will be proactive calling you will need to be comfortable on the phone and your relationship building skills will be second to none. Your natural customer centric approach to your work will ensure you are able to deliver appropriate lending solutions, and build trust and confidence in your interactions.

    You will have previous experience in mortgage lending, and enjoy business development, networking with others and involvement in the community.
