    Along with aged care experience in education, quality, and continuous improvement, you'll require:

    • High level verbal and written communication skills
    • Certification as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
    • Highly developed interpersonal skills
    • Passion for developing education, leading systems and policy aligned with the Aged Care Standards
    • Strong knowledge of ACQSC standards and legislations
    • Skill in analysing data and monitoring clinical and consumer trends

    Reporting to the fabulous, collaborative Director of Nursing, your remit includes:

    • Identifying and mitigating risks
    • Developing innovative ways to improve service delivery and care standards via education and training
    • Planning, monitoring and evaluating for continuous improvement
    • Working collaboratively and cohesively with the team
    • Nurturing and mentoring staff to bring out their best
    • Leading best care practice and systems management
