W Sydney is looking for a Style (Housekeeping) Supervisor to lead our hotel rooms operations team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Style and play a crucial part in offering exceptional service to guests, presenting a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the pre-opening activities of the world's largest W Hotel with 585 rooms, suites, and studios.

In essence, the Style Supervisor should have the ability to juggle the needs of their team, guests, and the business itself, all while upholding a commitment to excellence and continuous enhancement. This demands robust organizational, communication, and leadership proficiencies, along with a profound comprehension of the guest journey.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Manage and supervise all operational aspects of the Style Department. Foster W's Whatever Whenever culture, comprehend the Bonvoy loyalty program, cater to VIP guests and in-house groups, provide training and development opportunities for staff, and support operations, including 139 fully equipped Studio Apartments along with W Suites and Accommodation rooms. Prior experience with Opera PMS is advantageous. As a critical member of the Rooms management team, collaborate with all departments of the Hotel's Talent and department heads. Strive for ongoing enhancement of guest and staff satisfaction and optimize departmental guest contentment. Will follow a rotating weekly schedule and support the style office coordinators, wardrobe attendants, public areas, and style runners.
