What you'll do:
Conduct performance analysis of investment portfolios, including returns attribution, risk assessment, and benchmarking
Monitor and report on investment performance metrics, identifying trends, outliers, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment teams to understand investment strategies and objectives
Develop and maintain performance reporting processes and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Communicate performance results and analysis to internal stakeholders
Support the development and enhancement of performance measurement methodologies and tools
Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to performance analysis and reportingWhat you bring:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
1-2 years' experience in performance analysis within the funds management industry
Understanding of investment products and strategies
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
