- Proven sales experience in the agricultural or FMCG industry (ideally a minimum of 5 years);
- Excellent organisational ability combined with advanced time management skills;
- Previous experience managing customer accounts, including identifying, qualifying and responding to sales opportunities;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets using sound sales methodologies;
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Results-driven and highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously;
- Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge;
- Motor vehicle licence and flexibility to travel extensively throughout your territory;
- Qualifications in Agricultural science will be considered an advantage.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager you will assume regional responsibility as the face of Ridley AgriProducts in your specific territory. The Role
The Territory Manager for Mid Northern NSW will play a critical role in actively promoting and creating awareness of the Barastoc Cobber, Rumevite and LNT ranges of products, including Packaged products, Blocks and Bulka Bags. You will maintain and grow sales and achieve volume targets through increased sales from existing customers and development of new business within key market segments, also increasing above the line marketing activities with consumers and customers and improved distribution and in-store execution of priority products.
