    The Role

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Crown Melbourne Team. This diverse role will be involved in key revenue generating projects across our Melbourne property. You will be tasked with being a trusted advisor, helping assist the business in achieving financial targets.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Prepare and distribute business unit/department specific financial analysis and management reporting on a timely basis.
    • Prepare financial analysis to support business case initiatives and track costs and benefits.
    • Support the manager to prepare and deliver Property and business unit's annual budget and forecast.
    • Develop strong relationships with business unit leaders, provide tailored financial support and understand key business drivers.
    • Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives, including automation of reporting and reduced number of manual reporting.

    About You

    This is an exciting opportunity to have genuine commercial impact on the Crown Resorts Property. You will be an experienced financial professional capable of offering key support to a variety of business units across our property.

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
    • CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification or working towards.
    • Experience in related Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A roles.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relay business strategy.
    • Previous experience partnering with department leads and business unit leads.
