    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This exciting part-time role (3 days per week) involves delivering high-quality administrative support, coordinating events, managing internal communications, and contributing to our marketing efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing administrative support across various departments
    • Managing internal communications and assisting with content creation for newsletters and updates
    • Providing administrative assistance for marketing initiatives, such as preparing communications, coordinating events, and managing external displays
    • Assisting with the organisation and execution of internal and external events, ensuring smooth setup and operation
    • Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to manage internal news updates, compile content for newsletters, and handle sponsor coordination
    • Supporting general office duties such as meeting room setup, catering, and office supplies

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with exposure to marketing or event coordination
    • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
    • A proactive, flexible attitude with a passion for both customer service and creative tasks
    • Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar is advantageous
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
